Meet the Team

Sofie Stewart, Editor
Hello! I'm Sofie, the editor of the magazine. The idea for this magazine landed in my head in October 2025 and I've been working on it ever since. I do the interviewing, magazine designing, editing, website, social media, admin...etc?!
I have a small flower farm in our garden and two pre-schoolers, so life is busy. Flower farming is HARD. We are always learning, we are juggling so much, and I don't know about you, but I fail just as much as I succeed. Flower farmers are the most resilient people I know.
Also, though, like most of us, nature is my sanctuary and I regularly escape to the flowers. Sometimes my kids escape with me - those are golden moments!
I am so keen for this magazine to be a slow, seasonal snapshot of our community, with lots of timely advice, reminders, wisdom, shared experience, news, photography and illustration, to bring us together, to feel proud of ourselves. We are strong!!

Naomi Pollinger, All Things Sales!
I’m a mum, a grandmother (proudly known as “GiGi”), and recently married, enjoying this wonderful new chapter of life. Flowers have always been part of my story. My grandparents owned a nursery, and some of my happiest childhood memories were spent surrounded by plants, flowers, and the simple magic of watching things grow.
I’ve always loved flowers, and three years ago I began growing them myself. I now run Radnage Flowers. I never imagined I would become as involved as I am now, or just how much I would come to love it. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a real passion and a way of life. Watching my granddaughter, Lumi, explore and enjoy the flowers makes this journey even more special.
Now working with Sofie on The Flower Farmer Magazine is a dream come true and something that I feel in my heart was meant to be. My job is sales - our aim for this business is to be one that feels good, does good and recompenses us for the time we put into it.
Naomi
